SEAFOOD & SALAD STATION

An extensive seafood selection such as prawns, smoked salmon, crab legs, mussels, scallops, octopus, and squid. The varieties of classic and contemporary salads in our salad station are prepared from fresh market ingredients.

SOUP, HOT BUFFET AND CARVERY STATION

Salmon, fish, seafood, beef, pork, lamb, chicken and pasta with an intensive of flavours in our hot buffet station. We give you the most succulent beef, pork, lamb or ham in Carvery Station, serve with seasonal vegetables and freshly baked potatoes, all comes with all your favourite sauces and condiments. Of course, we also have a selection of soup choices such as sweet corn soup, seafood chowder and pumpkin soup.

ORIENTAL STATION

Enjoy a variety of delicious Asian stir fry dishes prepared daily by our chefs. Satay chicken, Mongolian Beef, chilli mussels, with our special fried rice, noodles and a range of Dim Sims and hot steamed buns.

CHINESE BBQ STATION

A traditional Chinese BBQ cooking with the secret of marinating, it gives you the best quality of roasted duck, Char Sui (BBQ Pork), crispy pork belly, honey soy chicken and more.

SUSHI STATION

From a range of simple Nori rolls, hand rolls and sushi, through to different types of salads and sashimi, it’s all come on our non-stop Sushi Bar.

DESSERT STATION & COMPLIMENTARY TEA/COFFEE

Our range of in house made desserts are from East to West, pavlova, cheese cake, chocolate fountain, lemon tart, Portuguese tart, chocolate cookie, cream buff, macaroon, cup cake, jelly, ice-cream, seasonal fruit, pudding and much more.
